About us

We build the feeling of coming home.

Nest Living Build is a renovation atelier that treats a house as a living nest — rooms, gardens, roofs, and the unseen layers of safety and care.

Our origin

Named for the instinct to gather.

A nest is not decoration. It is structure, softness, and shelter braided together. That is how we renovate: millwork beside moisture barriers, garden paths beside lighting, solar arrays beside the roof they rest upon.

We began with a simple impatience for work that looks finished in photographs and fails in weather. Our studio prefers materials that age, trades that talk to each other, and plans that include fire safety, security, financing guidance, and warranty — not as extras, but as part of living well.

Beauty that cannot be maintained is only a visit. We build for staying.

What we believe

Principles that keep a renovation from becoming a performance.

Rooms should breathe

Light, air, and honest surfaces matter more than trends. We compose interiors that can hold family noise and Sunday quiet alike.

Outside is a room too

Garden renovation is not landscaping as afterthought. It is threshold, shade, and the first greeting of the house.

Safety can be graceful

Security and fire safety belong in the drawing, not the leftover budget. Protection should feel like architecture.

Craft needs a keeper

Loan conversations and warranties are part of stewardship. We stay through the paperwork that protects the work.

The atelier

A small studio with a wide table.

Designers, builders, and specialists sit together so a bathroom remodel does not surprise the roofer, and a window replacement does not fight the solar plan. You meet people, not departments.

  • Interior and garden work held in one conversation
  • Roofing, solar, and windows planned as a climate skin
  • Flooring and bathrooms treated as daily ritual, not showpieces
  • Security, fire safety, loan, and warranty as living-care layers
