The website
Content on nestlivingbuild.com is offered for general information about our services: home decor and interior, exterior and garden renovation, home security, fire safety, home loan and warranty guidance, roofing upgrade, solar upgrade, windows replacements, home flooring upgrade, and bathroom remodeling. Photographs and essays illustrate a way of working; they are not a promise that every house will look the same.
No public offer of credit
Home loan and warranty pages describe guidance we may provide. They are not an offer of lending, insurance, or a guaranteed approval. Any financing or coverage is arranged through appropriate partners and documents of their own.
Enquiries and estimates
Messages sent through the contact form are invitations to talk. They do not create a contract. Written proposals, scopes, and signatures do. We may decline work that is not a fit for the studio.
Intellectual property
Text, images, marks, and layout on this site belong to Nest Living Build unless noted otherwise. You may not copy, republish, or use them for another business without permission.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, attempt to interrupt it, or submit false or harmful content through our forms. We may remove material or refuse access if use is abusive.
Newsletter
Subscription is voluntary. Letters may include studio news and service notes. You control that preference on the subscribe and unsubscribe pages.
Limitation
The website is provided as it stands. We are not liable for interruptions, inaccuracies on third-party maps, or decisions made solely from reading an essay. Project liability, when it exists, lives in the signed renovation agreement.
Governing conversation
These terms are read under the laws applicable to our studio in California. Disputes related to the website should first be raised with us in writing.
